Validation of your specifications: search mandate
Together, we validate the specifications, making sure of the project’s feasibility. Your commentary on initial properties visited will be integrated as required. We sign a search mandate before starting our search.
Prospecting the whole of the market : Pre-visits
We begin a multi-network search (partners, agencies, notaries, individuals or institutions) of properties on sale or potentially on sale. We keep a constant vigil on the situation and connect with the market’s players, providing you with access to a maximum number of properties. Your exclusive buyer’s agent identifies the properties responding to your criteria and visits them.
Selection and visits: Purchase offer
Our visits provide regular reports or lead to an immediate alert comprising descriptions, photos and our recommendations.
We propose to you the most interesting properties, so that you can avoid any unnecessary travel, and you select only the properties you wish to visit. When you see a flat you like, your real estate hunter will help you negotiate and formulate an offer.
We guide you from the purchase offer right up to the signing : Finally, ownership!
Advice suited to your specific needs at each step in the buying process (negotiations, revision of documents…) will be proposed to allow you to buy with confidence.
